Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are crucial concepts in today’s workplace. As a leader, it’s essential to understand and apply leadership coaching to DEI, as it can help create a more inclusive and equitable workplace. DEI refers to the practice of creating an environment where all individuals, regardless of their background, feel welcomed and valued. This includes individuals from diverse backgrounds in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, and more.
